FOLLOWING nearly a fortnight of unreliable power, welfare and mental health support service Lifeline is offering on-the-ground free financial counselling for residents and local businesses struggling with debt or financial losses.

Free counselling is available for business owners and people who needs advice, especially concerning debt and financial difficulty caused by the power shortage.
