THE 2025 Waste 2 Art exhibition opened this week, showcasing artworks made from recycled materials and trash at the Tip Shop and Geo Centre.

The exhibition is a collaboration between Lifeline Broken Hill and the Broken Hill Art Exchange, with Art Exchange secretary Nadina Benvenisti saying this year's theme of 'toys' meant art made by primary school students was more prevalent than ever.
