LOCAL astronomer and keen bowler Trevor Barry celebrated the launch of his book Outback Astronomer at his second home, the Zinc Lake Bowling Club this week.

Mr Barry was joined by collaborators, journalist Liz Hayes and producer Ali Smith, who co-authored the book.
