NEW yoga and meditation classes will be offered at the GUOOF Hall at 161 Blende Street on Tuesdays and Saturdays, run by yoga teacher Susanne Rae Jones.

Meditation classes will run from 6pm to 6.45pm on Tuesdays as part of a six-week program, though drop ins anytime are welcome.

Skills taught will aim to help to advance relaxation and stress management, and classes are $10 per session.
