Pushing it up for mental health

LIFELINE Regional SA and Far West NSW are seeking Broken Hill residents to participate in the Push-up Challenge this June, to help fundraise to support the mental health and wellbeing of residents in the Far West and regional South Australia.

Participants will perform 3214 push-ups over 23 days in June to remember the 3214 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023.
