BROKEN City Council will look to acquire land at 123 Bagot Street in the hopes of establishing a childcare centre.

In an effort to meet the demand for childcare services in the district, the council officers sought advice on acquiring Crown land.

That advice was subsequently received at council's October monthly meeting.
