UTILITY company Transgrid have recently completed the installation of eight permanent steel pole structures along a three-and-a-half section of electricity transmission line damaged in last October’s storm.

The announcement, which was made this week, covers a new section made up of six 40-metre-tall towers and two, three-pole tension structures to connect existing lines from either end.
