ENVIRONMENT Minister Penny Sharpe has requested that the New South Wales Environment Protection Authority (EPA) contact Broken Hill City Council over the Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) legislation.

At council's last monthly meeting, correspondence from Minister Sharpe was received surrounding the FOGO legislation changes.
