UNMANAGED polymeric product usage has been highlighted as a big risk - coming out of a report surrounding Perilya's Southern Operations underground fire that saw the mine shut down in January this year.

The New South Wales Resources Regulator released a casual report on July 10, outlining the factors that led to the fire at the site.
