NINETEEN year old Broken Hill resident, Lewis Burton, recently returned from a voyage sailing from Darwin to Broome, despite having never sailed before in his life.

The Young Endeavour Youth Scheme sees 24 young people between the ages of 16 and 23 set sail as part of a challenging program designed to support rapid development of interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills.
