THE Broken Hill Tennis Club is offering the opportunity to try your hand at tennis with a free community event next weekend.

Hosted at the O’Neil Park Sporting Complex, the event will run between 5.30pm and 8.30pm and include live music and a barbeque.

Tennis coach Rusty Powers said the idea is to encourage participating.

“Just to get some people on the court and have some fun,” he said.
